Blackwater Gator Harpoon System

Built as a field-ready harpoon system, the Blackwater Gator Harpoon System brings together the essential equipment needed to harpoon, secure and maintain control of an alligator. Each component is designed to work together as one purpose-built system.

At the heart of the package is our 10-foot, two-piece carbon-fiber gator harpoon, constructed from two 5-foot carbon fiber sections with a stainless-steel threaded coupling, stainless-steel nose hardware, Blackwater stainless-steel driver pin and durable heat-shrink grip. The two-piece design provides full-length reach in the field while breaking down for easier transport and storage.

The system includes two Blackwater Harpoon Darts, each rigged with stainless-steel cable and built to separate from the driver pin after penetration while remaining securely connected to the capture line.

Also included is the Blackwater Float & Line System, providing a highly visible float and heavy-duty line for maintaining control and tracking the animal after the dart is deployed.
